Quotes

There are three methods by which you can obtain quotes:

• Online using the link on the right of this page.

• Using our quotation request form or the industry standard common quotation request form; or

• By calling our dedicated Sales Support Team on 0845 300 3199

Quotations requested by post, fax or email that are received by 12 midday will normally be issued the day of receipt by email. A quotation pack will also be sent by post.

Online support is provided from our IFA zone Service Team by calling 0845 365 3456 between 9am and 5pm.

Medical Underwriting

All enhanced annuity policies will be issued based on the medical and lifestyle information provided to us by the annuitant(s). The quotation process or policy issue will not be delayed by waiting for information from the Doctor/medical attendants.

After the policy has been issued we may contact the annuitant(s) doctors to verify that the information provided is correct. If the doctor is unable to provide this within 3 months then we reserve the right to reduce the income payable from the start of the policy, potentially to standard terms.

How long are quotes guaranteed for?

The medical underwriting decision is guaranteed for 90 days. We must be notified should your client’s details change before the policy is issued. This may enable us to provide a more competitive quotation.

The annuity interest rate is guaranteed for 14 days following our next interest rate change. For example if the quote was issued on 4th February and the annuity interest rate changes on 10th February, the interest rate will be guaranteed for 14 days to until 23rd February. All our requirements must be met by this time, including the receipt of the total purchase monies and application forms.
